Enovative Group along with its partner Benningfield Group continues to offer a worthwhile SoCalGas rebate program.

Green Project Marketing is assisting with implementing the program to multi-family owners within the SoCalGas territory.

The program is called ODE, for On Demand Efficiency. Here's an overview of the program:

On Demand Efficiency (ODE) is a program, offered by Benningfield Group, Inc. and administered by Southern California Gas Company which provides incentive for decreasing natural gas consumption.

The program serves multi-family buildings that operate with a central boiler or commercial water heater. This is also known as a central domestic hot water (CDHW) system.

The program offers an instant rebate for the purchase and installation of a demand controlled pump system. This system reduces heat energy losses while providing fast hot water delivery to tenants.

The controller system manufactured by Enovative is an industry-leading product that once installed will:

a) reduce monthly gas bill

b) reduce electricity bill

c) extend the life of the demand pump

d) reduce overall operational expenses thus increasing value of building
